Mission Readiness
A public scan measures 10 of the 17 metrics, and 9 of those reach the score: a component needs at least two measured metrics before it can be graded at all. The report names every component it could not assess instead of scoring it zero. The Full Report re-grades against your context — industry, compliance requirements, deployment target — so a healthcare app and a SaaS MVP get scored on different terms.
